3. Student Photos & School Data
If you share student photos, rolls, names, date of birth or parent contact details with us for printing, we treat this data with the highest confidentiality:
- It is used only to produce the cards/certificates you ordered.
- It is never shared with any third party, advertiser or marketing list.
- It is deleted from our working systems within 90 days of delivery, unless you ask us to retain it for next year's re-order.
