Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SNS ID Solutions website and the services we provide — including ID card printing, progress cards, certificates, badges, calendars and related products. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

SNS ID Solutions (SNS Printing & Gifting) is a printing & gifting service provider based in Hyderabad, India. You can contact us at +91 7842488777 or info@printsns.in.

2. Orders & Quotations

• All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
• An order is confirmed only after (a) written confirmation from you (WhatsApp/email/purchase order) and (b) payment of the advance.
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices on our website and quotations are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• Bulk pricing, combo offers and "free" add-ons apply only to the specific quantities & conditions mentioned in the corresponding quote.
• Standard payment terms: 50% advance at order confirmation, 50% balance before dispatch.
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, IMPS/NEFT/RTGS, debit/credit card, and bank cheque.

4. Artwork, Data & Approvals

• You are responsible for providing accurate data (names, roll numbers, photos, logos, etc.) in a clean, machine-readable format (Excel/CSV + image files).
• We will prepare a design mockup for your approval over WhatsApp or email.
• Production begins only after you explicitly approve the mockup. Once approved, we are not liable for spelling errors, photo mismatches or other data issues that were present in the approved proof.
• You warrant that you own or have permission to use all content, photos, logos and trademarks you share with us.

5. Delivery

• Standard production & delivery timelines are indicated on our pricing page and at the time of quotation.
• Delivery dates are estimates. Delays caused by courier partners, bandhs, natural events or supplier shortages are beyond our control.
• Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect the consignment on receipt and report any damage within 24 hours.

6. Quality & Reprints

We are committed to delivering high-quality printed products. If a printed card, certificate or badge has a manufacturing defect that is clearly attributable to us (e.g. faded print, alignment error on approved artwork, wrong cut), we will reprint those pieces free of charge. 7. Intellectual Property

• The website design, SNS logo, brand name, illustrations and all code remain the exclusive property of SNS ID Solutions.
• Customer artwork (logos, photos, data) remains the property of the customer; we only use it to fulfil the order.
• We may display anonymised samples of our printed work in our portfolio unless you explicitly request otherwise.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services for:

• Producing fake / forged ID cards, certificates or government-look-alike documents.
• Content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene or violates another person's rights.
• Copying copyrighted material without written permission from the copyright holder.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SNS ID Solutions's total liability for any claim arising out of an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (e.g. loss of reputation, missed events, opportunity cost).

10. Website Use

• This website is provided on an "as is" basis. We do our best to keep it up and error-free but make no guarantees about uninterrupted access.
• You may not scrape, reverse engineer or attempt to compromise the security of this website.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after an update indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
